Description
A delicious take on a traditional chai tea, this latte combines the amazing spices of cinnamon, ginger, vanilla, cloves, cardamom and orange peel. We’ve also added a little Blue Spirulina for a boost of super goodness.
Blue Spirulina is an extract from the more common blue-green algae, which is known as spirulina and has a deep green colour and a distinctive taste. A compound called Phycocyanin is extracted, which is a light-harvesting, pigment-binding protein with an amazing bright blue colour. This compound has been shown to have antioxidant qualities along with a host of other benefits – plus it has a much milder taste.
Our Blue Chai Latte mix combines chai spices with Blue Spirulina with unrefined coconut nectar, to create a delicious alternative latte with an amazing blue hue.
Simply add to your choice of milk. Can be made into a warming latte or a frappé.

Great tasting Chai Latte, and even better when it’s a lovely blue colour. The taste is very smooth and isn’t too sweet, which I like. Plus you definitely can’t taste the spirulina and the spices are a great combination. This is already my go-to drink instead of a coffee and I’ve now started buying the large pack instead of the smaller tub to get better value for money. Would definitely recommend.
